Heavenly
We loved everything about this place - the comfort, the hospitality, the vibe. Welcoming & check-in process were smooth and attentive. We had a super comfortable and spacious room with a patio and private pool and a great garden view. The bed and pillows were a dream, super comfortable! Breakfast was so rich and varied and we've enjoyed all the various restaurants in the resort. I fell madly in love with the fragrance of the place, the champaka flower, which is in all their toiletries.
It's a bit remote, quite far away from Phuket town, but they were very helpful in ensuring transfers.

This is a lovely resort, but it’s also right on the beach where you can find restaurants and kiosks with authentic Thai offerings.
It’s pretty dark at night with all the low lighting but this is a minor complaint!

Complete luxury
Wow - what a stay. We stayed in the Bensley Suite - which is a two story villa within the grounds of the hotel. We had a brilliant time. The villa offers a service of a butler (Reen) who just looked after everything for us - it was such a lovely touch. Breakfast was great in the main hotel lobby. The local area is fab - nice and quiet and the beach is just incredble. Reen brought us afternoon tea every day and checked in if we needed anything. The hotel brought us thank you gifts, and gave us a complimentary taxi ride to the airport when we were going home.
The beds were a little too soft for us, and the down mattress topper was itchy. The restaurant Black Ginger in the grounds of the hotel - whilst an impressive and theatrical experience, it was probably one of our least favourite meals we had during our two weeks travelling around Thailand, and considering the setting and the price point, the quality of the food/service did not match the setting/ambience.

Would come back in an heartbeat.
All of the indoors facilities. Beautiful, very well maintained. Location. One of the best beaches.
The outside area seems a little old. But I think it’s due to weather and vegetation. Because one can tell the hotel is very well kept.
